Where do I pick up my race kit?
Come to the race an hour early, we will have race kits ready to be picked up. We will also have your race chip and bib ready to go!

How many races do you do a year?
We do three races a year. One in the spring, one in the summer and the last one in the fall. Come out for all three and see if you can run a bit farther or improve your time.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring and run with your dog. We just ask that you keep them on a short leash so no one trips on the leash.

How will I know where to run on the trail?
The trail is marked with red flags so you won’t get lost or make a wrong turn. We also have kilometer markers along the way so you know have far you have gone and how much farther you need to go!

Are there any aid stations?
Yes, we will have one aid station at around the 2.5km mark. If you are running a farther distance than 5km you will hit the aid station twice, once on the way out and then on the way back again.

Are headphones allowed?
Yes, feel free to wear headphones. We just ask that you keep the volume low so you can hear the people around you.

How is the race timed?
Our race is timed by zone 4 chip timing. We will give all participants a chip to wear at the beginning of the race. The chip can be put on your ankle or arm.

What do I do with my blank race bib?
Here is where you get to be creative! We will have markers, pick your own number and write your name nice and big so we can announce your name as you cross the finish line!
